NEW DELHI, Dec 7 (NNN-Bernama) — Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari congratulated Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir on his appointment as Malaysia’s new Foreign Minister.
He also expressed hope to work with Zambry to strengthen relations between the two countries.
“Warm wishes and congratulations to Dr. Zambry Adb Kadir @Zambryofficial on his appointment as the foreign minister of Malaysia. I would like to work with your excellency to further strengthen brotherly ties between Pakistan and Malaysia,” Bilawal tweeted on Tuesday night.
Zambry formally started his official duties at the Foreign Ministry on Monday.
The new foreign minister has said the main principles of Malaysia’s foreign policy will continue.
