NEW DELHI, Dec 2 (NNN-PTI) – India yesterday formally took over the presidency of the Group of 20 (G20), according to the country’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
He said, India’s G20 presidency will work to promote universal sense of oneness.
Last month, Modi unveiled the logo and the theme for India’s G20 presidency.
The logo depicts a lotus flower and a globe, and the theme for India’s G20 presidency is: “One Earth, One Family, One Future.”
The G20 is an inter-governmental forum of the world’s major developed and developing economies.– NNN-PTI
