Both MITSUKOSHI FRESH and MITSUKOSHI Beauty are operated by Mitsukoshi Federal Retail Incorporated, a joint venture between Isetan Mitsukoshi HDS and Federal Retail Holdings Incorporated of Makati, the Philippines, a subsidiary of Federal Land Incorporated.
