Four Killed, Two Injured In Firing Between Rival Groups In NW Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, May 16 (NNN-APP) – Four people were killed and two others injured yesterday, in a firing between two rival groups in Buner district of Pakistan’s north-west Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, local media reported.

According to the reports, the incident took place over an old enmity in Jarah area, when the two groups started firing at each other.

Rescue teams immediately rushed to the site and shifted the victims to a local hospital, rescue workers told local media.

Police have registered the case and started investigations, the reports added.

All the victims have been identified, local media said, adding that, the deceased include a father, his two sons and a nephew.– NNN-APP
