Triage Centre Opened In Main Hospital In Afghanistan’s Jalalabad

JALALABAD, Afghanistan, Dec 30 (NNN-ANA) – A triage centre has been opened in the main hospital in Jalalabad city, the capital of Afghanistan’s eastern Nangarhar province, the state-run Bakhtar news agency reported.

The medical facility was built at a cost of 100,000 U.S. dollars, with the financial support from the World Health Organisation (WHO). It has the capacity to accommodate 15 patients at one time, said the report.

Afghan health authorities have vowed to do their best, to facilitate access to health services for the Afghan people, the report added.– NNN-ANA
