KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 (Bernama) — Pengerang LNG (Two) Sdn Bhd (PLNG2), a 65 per cent subsidiary of PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB), is inviting participation in a non-binding Expression of Interest (EOI) for a proposed new LNG storage tank in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia.
The EOI is aimed at assisting PLNG2 in assessing the feasibility of constructing a third LNG storage tank at its existing onshore LNG Regasification Terminal in Pengerang (RGTP). Subject to the project’s Final Investment Decision, the new storage is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025.
