PETALING JAYA, Sept 1 (Bernama) — The Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) introduces Behavioural Insights (BI) as an approach to promote productivity through digitalisation in its effort to increase adoption of cashless transaction in the F&B sector. BI is a cost-effective tool that can minimise or eliminate the gaps by addressing issues on attitudes and values among target groups and improve the overall productivity.
The strategy by MPC in using Behavioural Insights in promoting cashless transaction is in line with the National E-Commerce Strategic Roadmap (NESR) 2.0 in increasing the adoption of e-commerce among the micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
