KABUL, Jul 25 (NNN-XINHUA) – The Afghan National Police (ANP) operations team, has arrested 26 suspects in Kabul, within the past three days, the capital police confirmed yesterday.
The suspects were involved in murder cases, armed robberies, possession of illegal weapons, sale of narcotics and other crimes, the police said, in a statement.
“The suspects were taken to concerned departments for screening, and possible legal process,” the statement said.
The ANP also confiscated two vehicles, three AK-47 rifles, and four pistols, during the operations, according to the statement.– NNN-XINHUA
