Four Injured After Drone Destroyed In Saudi Arabia’s Abha

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, March 9 (NNN-SPA) – The Saudi-led coalition, involved in a war in Yemen announced on Friday, the destroying of a Houthi’s drone that injured four civilians in Abha city, in the west part of the kingdom.

The spokesperson of the coalition, Turki al-Maliki highlighted that the Saudi air force detected and destroyed a strange object, at the early hours of Friday, in which it turned to be a Houthi drone with Iranian specifications.

He continued that the four sustained medium injuries and some vehicles were damaged, after the falling of the drone’s parts on the city.

He warned Houthis of serious actions against them, if they continue to target areas populated with civilians in the kingdom.

Saudi Arabia has been leading the war in Yemen that would complete its fourth year next week, against Houthi militias, in support of the Yemeni exiled government.– NNN-SPA
