HONG KONG, Jul 7 (NNN-XINHUA) – An earthquake, with a magnitude of 5.7, jolted south of the Fiji Islands, at 06:39:08 GMT this morning, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), said.

The epicentre of the quake, with a depth of 536.17 km, was initially determined to be at 23.1971 degrees south, latitude, and 179.6395 degrees east, longitude.– NNN-XINHUA
