KUALA LUMPUR, March 6 (Bernama) — After 10 years, Malaysia’s no. 1 animated twin brothers Upin and Ipin are back to the silver screen. This Les’ Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd. film is helmed by three talented young directors, Adam Amiruddin (director of the ‘Upin & Ipin’ series), Syed Nurfaiz Khalid Syed Ibrahim (director of ‘Puteri’ series), and Ahmad Razuri Roseli (director of ‘Pada Zaman Dahulu’ series). It stars Asyiela Putri Azhar, Ahmad Mawardi Abdul Rahman, Mohd Amir Asyraf, Fakhrul Razi, and Ernie Zakri. UPIN & IPIN : THE LONE GIBBON KRIS, which took 5 years to produce, will screen in cinemas nationwide starting 21st March 2019.
