TIRIN KOT, Afghanistan, Feb 3 (NNN-XINHUA) – Four security personnel have been killed and three others wounded, as a car bomb rocked the Chinarak area, outside Tirin Kot, capital of Afghanistan’s southern Uruzgan province, today, provincial governor, Mohammad Omar Shirzad said.
