YANGON, Nov 22 (NNN-MNA) – Myanmar recorded 1,434 new confirmed COVID-19 cases and 27 more deaths, according to a press release from the health ministry yesterday.
The total number of infections in the country has increased to 77,848 with 1,722 deaths.
A total of 57,679 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals, the release said.
Over one million samples have been tested for COVID-19 in Myanmar, since it confirmed the first case on March 23.– NNN-MNA
