SINGAPORE, Nov 11 (Bernama) — MYRA, the latest transit-oriented (TOD) freehold development by Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) with an estimated total gross development value (GDV) of $150mil (RM455.62mil) offers distinct meaning to exclusivity with only 85 units of residences, all set within a 12 storeys tower comprising only 7 to 8 units per floor. Designed by award-winning UK architects, Pitman Tozer Architects in collaboration with JGP Architecture, Myra is expected to be completed by November 2024.
