VENEZUELA: WOMAN, 61, SHOT DEAD IN CARACAS VOTING QUEUE. The Venezuelan public prosecutor confirmed a woman was fatally shot and several others were wounded while they waited in line to vote in an unofficial referendum organized by the opposition meant to gauge public opinion on Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's plan to rewrite the constitution.
