AMISSAH-ARTHUR SWORN IN AS VICE PRESIDENT OF GHANA. Ghana's former Central bank governor Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur on 6 August 2012 was sworn in as the country's vice president. Amissah-Arthur 61 Years was born in Cape Coast of the Central Region, he was appointed Central bank governor by the late president Mills on Oct. 1, 2009.
